About this opportunity
The City of Clearlake, California is soliciting bids for the Austin Park Skatepark rebid project, with bids due October 22, 2026.
The source provides only the bid notice title, posting date, and due date. The attached Bid Notice PDF summary indicates the solicitation covers a skatepark development at Austin Park and references standard bidding framework elements — competitive bidding process, pricing requirements, set-asides or DBE provisions, bonding and insurance requirements, and material terms — but does not disclose specific project scope, contract value, place of performance detail, evaluation criteria, pre-bid or site-visit logistics, question deadlines, or incumbent information. The summary notes this is a rebid following a previous solicitation and aligns with the City's economic development and community recreation objectives but stops short of the operational details required to assess pursuit viability.
Prospective bidders should obtain the full Bid Notice PDF and associated project documents from the City of Clearlake to confirm scope, budget, schedule, set-aside applicability, and all other binding terms.
