The initial contract term is three years. Archaeological monitoring and surveying services are each priced at daily rates, including all travel expenses for the latter (lodging, meals, and mileage). Travel reimbursement is based on the State's in-state per diem rate and policy, invoiced separately. Vendors must submit pricing on Attachment A as separate daily rates for both line items.
Evaluation is lowest-price responsive bid. Vendors must register with the North Carolina Secretary of State and SAM, provide financial stability certification, and demonstrate at least three years of similar experience with references from public or private sector clients. Key personnel cannot be substituted without State written approval. Vendors may be required to undergo background checks at their own expense.
