Annual SF3 License Subscription Renewals of John Deere Greenstar GPS Service.

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is requesting bids to establish a purchase order for Annual SF3 License Subscription Renewals of John Deere Greenstar GPS Service, with bids due September 10, 2026.

The procurement is structured as a renewal of existing GPS service subscriptions utilizing John Deere's Greenstar technology platform to maintain operational GPS capabilities across TDCJ facilities and operations. The renewal nature of this procurement indicates that TDCJ has existing operations dependent on the Greenstar GPS Service and seeks to maintain service continuity through competitive bidding.

Respondents must comply with TDCJ's Combined Standard Terms and Conditions and Respondent Submission Instructions, both posted August 26, 2026. Bidders are required to submit their name, address, fax number, and email address to the designated TDCJ contact to receive all solicitation amendments posted on the Electronic State Business Daily. TDCJ assumes no responsibility for a bidder's failure to receive amendments if the bidder has not provided required contact information prior to the closing date.

The procurement documents include IW248516 containing detailed specifications, response deadlines, and contract award timing. The standard terms document establishes the contractual framework governing vendor relationships, contract performance, payment terms, liability, indemnification, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
