Pricing is submitted on a unit price basis for most items with a lump sum for mobilization, insurance, and bonds.
Bid security equal to five percent of the total bid amount is required as either a certified check or bid bond. The successful contractor must furnish Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds each at 100 percent of the contract price.
