The scope encompasses troubleshooting, diagnostics, component repair or replacement, deficiency corrections, system modifications and upgrades, new system installations, and system restoration following activation or failure across all County facilities in Alachua County and Graceville City. Materials may be marked up a maximum of 15% over documented actual cost, subcontractors 10%, and rental equipment 10%; no separate mobilization, trip, fuel surcharge, or emergency fees are permitted unless expressly authorized. The contract runs October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with County options to renew for two additional two-year periods on the same terms. Annual price escalation requests may not exceed 3% and must be submitted 120 days prior to renewal. Commercial General Liability coverage of $1 million, Automobile Liability of $1 million, and Workers Compensation at statutory limits are required, with Alachua County Board of County Commissioners named as additional insured.
