The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder based on compliance with mandatory requirements, with bidders required to submit a 5% bid bond and provide detailed project documentation within 15 days of the Notice to Proceed. Successful bidders must provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including $500,000 per person/$4,000,000 aggregate for general and automobile liability. The contract includes a one-year warranty on all materials and labor, with liquidated damages of $500 per day assessed for late completion.
