Pricing must be quoted in U.S. funds on a FOB destination basis to the Port of Kodiak, inclusive of all delivery charges, federal duty, brokerage fees, and packaging; the state is exempt from applicable federal excise taxes. Payment is made 30 days after receipt of proper invoicing and final acceptance confirmation. The contract is funded through a U.S. Department of Defense prime contract and is subject to applicable federal acquisition regulations, including NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements and prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment.
