Airbus maintenance parts and supplies

The Texas Department of Public Safety's Aircraft Operations Division is seeking a five-year contract for Parts and Components for all variants of Airbus Helicopters AS350/H125/EC-145. The contract will be on an as-needed basis through release purchase orders, with the contractor expected to provide a complete OEM Parts catalog and a flat rate percentage discount for all parts. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide various delivery and response times based on priority and to have a facility location within the United States. Bidders must submit pricing on a Mandatory Pricing Schedule that includes all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses, as well as any volume discounts. The solicitation states that DPS will not guarantee any minimum compensation under the contract and may negotiate with the sole qualified bidder.

The contract does not appear to have any specific set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The solicitation does not mention any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it provide any details on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The total award value or budget range for the contract is also not specified in the available documentation.
