About this opportunity
Palm Beach County is requesting quotations for aerial helicopter survey services on a term contract basis under RFQ 26-0163/JC, with quotations due July 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Palm Beach County local time. A 5% local preference applies to quoters with a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades, and certified small business enterprises receive consideration within 10% of the lowest responsive, responsible quoter.
Quoters must submit single, fixed unit prices that remain firm for 90 days from submission and for the initial and any subsequent contract term. All quoters and subcontractors must be registered in the Palm Beach County Vendor Self Service (VSS) system prior to contract finalization. Schedule 1 (identifying all subcontractors and their SBE status with dollar amounts or percentages) must be submitted with the quotation, along with Schedule 2 or 2(a) detailing subcontractor work and materials by line item. Schedules 3 and 4 are submitted with payment requests to document subcontractor disbursements and obtain notarized payment confirmations.
Compliance requirements include E-Verify employment eligibility verification, Davis-Bacon prevailing wage provisions if applicable, debarment and suspension certifications, drug-free workplace certification, commercial non-discrimination certification, human trafficking affidavit, and digital accessibility standards. Vendors must disclose any litigation history with Palm Beach County or other governmental entities.
The deadline for submitting questions is June 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Quotations should be directed to Jeromy Calderon at jcalderon1@pbc.gov and PUR-Procure-Solicit@pbc.gov. If federal funds are utilized, recommended awards will be publicly posted for a five-business-day review period.
