Design services commence July 1, 2027, with anticipated substantial completion of construction in March 2030. The College requires bank letters evidencing financial stability and disclosure of any litigation, claims, or contract disputes within the past five years. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for December 3, 2026. Technical proposals are due January 15, 2027, with interviews scheduled for February 18–19, 2027. Board of Trustees approval is anticipated by May 12, 2027.
