About this opportunity

The state of Florida, specifically the Department of Environmental Protection, has issued an addendum to the BDC23-24/25 bid for the Fort Zachary State Park Beach Renourishment project. The project involves beach renourishment work at the Fort Zachary State Park. The addendum clarifies that longshoreman's insurance is not required for this project, as long as the contractor is not working in the water. The bid documents and attachments otherwise remain in full force and effect. No other details about the project scope, quantities, response dates, or contract terms are provided in this addendum.

The procurement is open to all qualified contractors, and there are no set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The bid submission deadline is October 28, 2024. The addendum indicates that failure to include the signed addendum with the bid submission may be grounds for rejection. No information is provided about incumbent vendors, existing infrastructure, or budget ranges for this contract opportunity.
