Contractors are required to sign the addendum in acknowledgment of receipt and include it with their bid submission, with failure to do so potentially resulting in bid rejection. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
Based on the available information, no specific set-aside designations, organizational restrictions, or disadvantaged enterprise provisions are mentioned in this addendum. Similarly, no incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure integration requirements are detailed. The addendum does not specify award values, budget ranges, or precise project cost estimates. The document appears focused solely on modifying the bid timeline for the Quayside Dock Shoreline Stabilization project, with all other original contract documents and specifications remaining in full force and effect. Potential bidders are advised to review the complete original solicitation documents for comprehensive project details, qualifications, and specific requirements.
