The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and is federally aided under Title VI Civil Rights Act compliance. DBE participation is required in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26; no specific DBE goals have been established during the current transition period. Bidders must complete a Bidders/Proposers List through the Arizona Unified Transportation Registration and Certification System and submit confirmation to the Business Engagement and Compliance Office within five calendar days following bid opening.
