Eight properties in Marshall, Madison County are identified with coordinates and photographic documentation provided.

Vendor pricing must be provided as firm fixed prices on the detailed Bid Worksheet for each project, with separate line items for pre-acquisition, acquisition, site demolition, and miscellaneous costs. Projects valued at $30,000 and above require itemized pricing; projects under $30,000 use composite pricing set jointly by vendor and NCEM, and vendors must accept this to be awarded such contracts. Projects valued at or above $500,000 require formal sealed bidding, 100 percent performance and payment bonds, and a 5 percent bid bond.

The initial contract term is one year from the effective date, with an option to renew for up to one additional one-year term with 30 days' written notice. Vendor must begin work within 14 business days of the effective date. The contract is federally funded and subject to 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Title 44 CFR Parts 80 and 206, Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
