Bidders are required to review the e-RFQ instruction document and the detailed Scope of Work sheet available in the Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) Bid Event to understand all service requirements and deliverables. The procurement documents provided do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, incumbent vendor information, or specific award values and budget ranges. Interested suppliers should consult the complete e-RFQ documentation within the Team Georgia Marketplace for any applicable participation requirements, evaluation criteria specifics, and financial details. Since this is a state-level procurement issued through the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), bidders should ensure compliance with all Georgia purchasing regulations and TCSG requirements. Organizations responding to this opportunity should be authorized suppliers with demonstrated capability and experience in providing preventive and routine HVAC maintenance services to educational institutions and multiple facility locations.
