The scope covers comprehensive pest control for roaches, silverfish, ants, wasps, rats, mice, fleas, ticks, spiders, and other pests at the facility. Monthly invoicing occurs in arrears with Net 30 payment terms. Price escalation requests may be considered during contract performance if material, labor, or other contract components significantly increase, provided increases do not exceed 5 percent of annual contract cost and are supported by industry-specific price indices or Consumer Price Index data.
Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through that platform. Vendors must accept multiple forms of electronic payment at no additional cost to the State, including state-issued credit cards, P-cards, and EFT.
