The estimated annual budget for this agreement is $50,000, though this figure is provided for bidding purposes only and does not guarantee any minimum purchase commitment.

No specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or restrictions limiting organizational types appear to be identified in the available documentation. The solicitation does not reference any incumbent vendors or current contractors that may be in place. Contractors must assume full responsibility for all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and required licenses, and are subject to specific operational constraints, including a 2,500-pound weight restriction on sidewalks and grass areas and a prohibition on chemical herbicide and pesticide applications due to proximity to clear wells and water plant facilities. Contractors must maintain weekly service logs and submit them monthly for payment processing, with any damage caused by contractor operations requiring repair or replacement at the contractor's expense within 30 days of discovery. The contract term is proposed for April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with an estimated annual spending ceiling of $50,000.
