This is a requirements contract with an initial five-year term and NYCHA's option to extend for an additional five-year period. No bid security is required. The scope encompasses construction management services; specific deliverables, performance locations, and technical requirements are not detailed in the available source material.

A non-mandatory proposers' conference is scheduled for September 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. No incumbent contractor is identified. No business enterprise has been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.

If NYCHA receives no responses by the original October 13 deadline, the submission deadline automatically extends for seven calendar days.
