All hourly rates are all-inclusive (labor, supervision, payroll expenses, taxes, insurance, overhead, administrative costs, and travel). Contractors bear sole responsibility for overtime, employee benefits, and wage-and-hour compliance. Professional liability insurance of not less than $1 million per claim and $3 million aggregate is required. The contract term runs January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with rates fixed for the full term.
