The scope covers annual calibration, certification, repair, and adjustment of vapor recovery and source test equipment at CARB's Los Alamitos facility (11133 Winners Circle, Los Alamitos, California 90720). Equipment includes volumetric gas meters (models 8C175, 3M175, 11M175), 8-inch gas turbine meters, digital totalizer boxes, Fluke multifunctional calibrators, torque wrenches, and Alicat brand mass flow controllers and meters. Semi-annual calibration is required for additional volumetric gas meters and pressure modules. All calibration services must be traceable to NIST standards.

Calibration and repair rates submitted must be all-inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and taxes. The contractor must maintain general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate, automobile liability insurance of $1,000,000 combined single limit, and statutory workers' compensation coverage.
