The contract has an estimated total value of $1,015,202.00 for a thirty-six-month term, commencing March 1, 2026, or upon contract approval. Compensation will be provided monthly in arrears based on actual services rendered, with hourly rates for a two-person crew and additional helpers, plus daily storage rates per pallet. Contractors must maintain comprehensive insurance, including Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Cargo Liability ($500,000), and Workers' Compensation. All employees must wear distinctive uniforms and DMV-supplied security badges.
