The evaluation criteria are weighted as follows: qualifications and experience (15 points), organization and approach (25 points), scope of services (30 points), financial stability (5 points), references (5 points), proximity to area (5 points), and optional presentation and Q&A components (15 points combined), for a maximum total score of 500 points. Submissions are due on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., with a Pre-Qualifications Conference scheduled for Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom, and written questions due by Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Vendors must submit one original and seven copies, limited to 30 pages.
The anticipated contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewal periods, totaling a potential five-year engagement, and Augusta reserves the right to select multiple vendors for this work. The contract will be negotiated on a cost-plus fixed fee basis, with fee proposals not to be included in submissions. Augusta is waiving the Local Small Business Program Preference for this solicitation, and E-Verify enrollment is mandatory for all contractors performing services over $2,499.99. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the RFQ documentation, and no specific award value or budget range is provided in the posting materials.
