About this opportunity

The City of Sandy Springs, Georgia is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive Landscaping Services for its Recreation and Parks Department. The selected contractor will be responsible for a wide range of landscape maintenance tasks across parks, greenspaces, medians, and other city-owned properties, including mowing, pruning, fertilization, weed control, leaf and debris removal, and seasonal plantings. The RFP outlines a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options, and proposals are due on November 26, 2024. The City will evaluate proposals based on a performance-price tradeoff, considering the technical proposal, past performance, and cost/price factors. Detailed pricing information and a fee schedule must be included in the cost/price proposal, and the City reserves the right to negotiate the scope and fees with the selected contractor prior to award.

The RFP does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. The document also does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it provide any information on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The RFP does not include any details on possible award values or budget ranges.
