Respondents must submit complete resumes for three qualified attorneys, with the County selecting one as lead attorney if the firm is selected, and provide at least three professional references for the firm and for each designated attorney, preferably from similar local government entities.

The review team will evaluate proposals and recommend top-ranked firm or firms for interview. Interviews are scheduled for September 22–23, 2026, with Board award on October 5, 2026.
