The successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds under Pennsylvania's Public Works Contractors' Bond Law of 1967, comply with prevailing wage requirements, and maintain workers' compensation insurance. Bids will remain effective for 60 calendar days from opening and cannot be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must address all items on the bid form. A final addendum, if necessary, will be issued by July 31 at 3:00 p.m. Bid documents are available at no cost online via https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
