The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Treatment Provider for its Judicial Circuit Felony Accountability Court Program through Request for Proposal #2025034-RFP1212. The procurement targets a comprehensive treatment service provider for three specialized court tracks: Drug Court, Mental Wellness Court, and Veterans Court. The primary objectives include rehabilitating substance-abusing offenders, supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses, and assisting veterans with substance use or mental health disorders who have been charged with felonies in Columbia County. The solicitation aims to develop an intervention model focused on reducing recidivism through enhanced supervision, treatment, and individual accountability. Proposals must be submitted electronically through columbiacountyga.bonfirehub.com by September 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET. The competitive proposal process will be advertised in the Augusta Chronicle on August 13, 20, 27, and September 3, 2025, with full details available on the online procurement portal. Vendors must submit their proposals to the Columbia County Procurement Department located at 500 Faircloth Drive, Building E in Evans, Georgia.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the available documentation, the procurement appears to be open to qualified treatment service providers with demonstrated expertise in substance abuse intervention, mental health support, and veterans' rehabilitation programs. The contract seems designed to support a comprehensive, multi-track treatment approach that integrates judicial oversight with therapeutic interventions. No information is provided about incumbent vendors or existing technological infrastructure that might require integration. The solicitation does not specify a precise contract value or budget range, which suggests potential vendors should be prepared to propose cost-effective solutions that meet the program's comprehensive rehabilitation objectives. Interested providers should carefully review the full RFP documentation to understand the specific qualifications, service expectations, and submission requirements for this accountability court treatment provider opportunity.
