The project is locally and ARC-funded, requiring compliance with federal labor regulations including the Davis Bacon Act, the Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Bidders will need to demonstrate technical capabilities, financial stability, and adherence to specific regulatory requirements. The City of Jasper reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and readvertise the opportunity.
