20-086-ITB provision of harley davidson parts and repair SER

Greene County, Virginia is conducting a procurement for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 20-086, specifically seeking a vendor to provide Harley Davidson parts and repair services. The solicitation was posted on December 5, 2019, with proposals due on December 19, 2019. While the specific details of the procurement are somewhat ambiguous from the available documents, the primary focus appears to be on obtaining comprehensive parts and repair services for Harley Davidson motorcycles, likely for county fleet or emergency services vehicles. The procurement process requires interested vendors to submit detailed proposals demonstrating their capability to supply original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and perform technical repair work on Harley Davidson motorcycles. Potential respondents should be prepared to provide evidence of technical expertise, parts availability, repair turnaround times, and competitive pricing structures.

The procurement documents do not explicitly indicate specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged business enterprises. Similarly, no incumbent vendor information is clearly specified within the provided documentation. The available files do not outline a specific budget range or precise award value for this contract. While the solicitation is issued by Greene County, Virginia, the attachments appear to reference unrelated projects such as school rehabilitation in New York, which suggests potential document misalignment or incomplete file uploads. Interested vendors would need to carefully review the official ITB documentation to fully understand the complete scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria for this Harley Davidson parts and repair services contract.
