This solicitation is set-aside for award priority to DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses, including women-owned and minority-owned businesses with DSBSD small business certification. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that is a DSBSD-certified micro business if the bid is under $10,000 and the agency determines the price is fair and reasonable; if this threshold is not met, award will be made to a DSBSD-certified small business if the bid does not exceed $100,000 and the price is deemed fair and reasonable. If these set-aside criteria are not satisfied, award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder of any size. The evaluation criteria prioritize responsiveness, responsibility, and pricing competitiveness, with consideration given to the environmental sustainability attributes of proposed products based on recycled content disclosures. No incumbent vendors or existing technology integration requirements are identified in the solicitation documents. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the pricing structure indicates potential awards ranging from under $10,000 for certified micro businesses to up to $100,000 for DSBSD-certified small businesses, with unlimited pricing for unrestricted bidders based on fair and reasonable determinations by the agency.
