15055283 - N/S-Gerber Close Coupled Kit #1359514, Walrich ***PLEASE RUSH***

The state contract opportunity, identified as solicitation number 15055283, is a procurement initiative for the Bronx County jurisdiction in New York, focusing on the acquisition of 500 All Brass-N/S-Gerber Close Coupled Kits, specifically Model #1359514 from Walrich. The procurement explicitly prohibits any product substitutions and requires vendors to indicate delivery charges and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the requested items. The contract opportunity was posted on October 3, 2025, with a strict submission deadline of October 6, 2025, demonstrating a compressed timeline for potential bidders. The procurement appears to be a direct purchase of specialized plumbing components, with precise specifications that suggest a targeted, mission-critical need for these specific hardware components. Key evaluation criteria seem to center on strict adherence to the specified model number, delivery capabilities, and pricing transparency.

While the solicitation does not explicitly outline set-aside designations or vendor restrictions, the narrow specification and rushed timeline might implicitly limit competitive response. No incumbent vendor information is provided, nor are details shared about existing infrastructure or technology integration requirements. The procurement appears to be a straightforward, high-volume purchase of standardized plumbing equipment for potentially municipal or public infrastructure purposes. The total potential contract value can be estimated by multiplying the unit requirements (500 units) by the per-unit cost, though precise budget ranges are not disclosed in the available documentation. Interested vendors must carefully review the specifications, particularly the mandate for the exact Walrich Model #1359514, and be prepared to provide comprehensive delivery and pricing information within the extremely tight submission window.
