The estimated contract value ranges from $3,200,000 to $5,200,000, with an anticipated contract term of three years beginning in June 2025. Consultants must comply with state guidelines on GenAI technology, including written notification if GenAI tools will be used as deliverables or could impact system functionality or contract performance.
