The City of Laurinburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer that specifically encourages participation from minority and women-owned businesses in this procurement process. No specific incumbent vendors are mentioned in the solicitation documentation. While no explicit set-aside designations are detailed, the city demonstrates a commitment to inclusive procurement practices by welcoming diverse business participation. The procurement allows for broad competition among qualified demolition contractors, with the city reserving the right to reject any or all proposals and waive potential irregularities in submitted bids. Although a precise budget range is not specified, the project's funding through state grant programs suggests a structured and controlled financial framework.
