04. 07. 2025 IRJCF Graduation Pictures

The state of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide graduation/senior picture services for youth, specifically for the IRJCF (likely an institutional or correctional facility) on April 7, 2025. This procurement opportunity, identified by the contract ID 67f3f9d4b50148e22f0759aa, is scheduled to be due on April 21, 2025. The primary objective appears to be capturing graduation or senior portraits for youth within the facility, which suggests a specialized photography service tailored to an institutional setting. While specific technical requirements are not detailed in the provided information, the project likely requires professional photography services capable of working within a controlled institutional environment. Potential vendors should be prepared to demonstrate expertise in youth photography, understanding of institutional protocols, and ability to deliver high-quality photographic documentation. The procurement timeline indicates approximately two weeks between the posting date and the submission deadline, allowing vendors sufficient time to prepare and submit their proposals.

No specific set-aside designations or enterprise restrictions were explicitly noted in the contract opportunity description. The lack of detailed information about budget ranges, incumbent vendors, or technological integration requirements suggests this may be a straightforward, relatively small-scale photographic services procurement. Given the institutional context of the youth facility, vendors might need to possess specific credentials or clearances typical of working in correctional or youth rehabilitation settings. Potential respondents should be prepared to provide evidence of professional photography capabilities, potentially including portfolios demonstrating experience with institutional or sensitive photography environments. While no precise budget is specified, photography services for institutional settings typically range from modest to moderate contract values, likely reflecting the specific scope and scale of the youth graduation picture project.
