Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens, and proposals will be evaluated based on factors including quality, impact, capacity, and sustainability. The deadline for applications is April 30, 2024.

The program will provide grant awards ranging from $1,000 to $8,000, with a total funding allocation of up to $50,000. The grants will be administered under the ECA U.S. Speaker Program (CFDA 19.440), which is authorized by the Fulbright-Hays Act and administered by the Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
