Eligible applicants include public and private entities such as higher education institutions, nonprofits, governments, and tribal organizations. The evaluation criteria includes need, response, evaluation, impact, resources/capabilities, and budget support. Applications are due by April 15, 2025, with expected awards by August 1, 2025.
