The program will award six 12-month fellowships, with a focus on research related to health and function, employment, or community living and participation outcomes among people with disabilities. Key dates include a Letter of Intent due January 8, 2025, an informational conference call on January 6, 2025, and a full application due February 3, 2025.
The fellowship awards will provide up to $90,000 for Distinguished Fellowships and up to $80,000 for Merit Fellowships, with a total estimated funding of $520,000. The fellowships are intended to be conducted at the recipient's facilities across the United States, and fellowship recipients cannot receive other federal grant funding during the award period.
