About this opportunity
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), under the Department of Health and Human Services, is offering the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Capacity Development Grant (HRSA-25-049). The purpose of this program is to strengthen organizational infrastructure and increase access to high-quality HIV primary health care services for low-income, uninsured, and underserved people with HIV. Eligible applicants include public or non-profit private entities, community-based organizations, state/local governments, and Native American tribal organizations. Applicants must choose either the HIV Care Innovation or Infrastructure Development category and select a single activity within that category. The activities may include strategic partnerships, streamlining eligibility processes, inclusive care for underrepresented communities, telehealth implementation, or dental service capacity expansion. HRSA expects to award approximately 60 grants of up to $150,000 each, with a total available funding of $9 million for FY 2025. The one-year period of performance runs from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. The program requires semi-annual progress reports and a final report 90 days after the period of performance ends. Funding preferences will be given to organizations serving rural areas or underserved populations.
