Approximately $3.7 million in Economic Support Funds will be available for 4-7 awards, with a ceiling of $1.5 million per award. Eligible applicants include U.S. and non-U.S. non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, small businesses, private and public institutions of higher education, and faith-based and community institutions. All applicants must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
