About this opportunity

This cooperative agreement seeks applications from tribal organizations, state and local governments, and nonprofits to develop and expand multidisciplinary, collaborative model task forces to combat human trafficking as defined in 22 U.S.C. 7102(11). Applicants must demonstrate experience providing services to victims of human trafficking. The Department of Justice's Office for Victims of Crime will assess applications based on the thoroughness of the proposed task force plan, strategies for identifying and assisting victims, and sustainability of efforts. Awards will be made under the Services for Trafficking Victims program (CFDA 16.320) to support victim service programs.
