About this opportunity

The Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs Victims of Crime office is soliciting administrative funding adjustments to two previously awarded grants to Alaska Native Justice Center, Inc., with a due date of July 31, 2026. This opportunity is restricted to the named incumbent recipient only and covers two awards: the FY 2023 Human Trafficking Victim Services award (15POVC-23-GG-04071-HT) under CFDA 16.320, and the FY 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside award (15POVC-22-GG-01334-TVAG) under CFDA 16.841.

Administrative funding adjustments allow grantees to request modifications to previously awarded grant terms, including budget allocations or cost structure, without full re-competition. This solicitation applies standard DOJ review procedures covering eligibility, responsiveness, merit, programmatic, budget, and risk assessments. All final award decisions rest with the Assistant Attorney General. Successful applicants will receive notification via JustGrants, with 45 days to accept or decline the award package.

Records retention requirements are three years from final expenditure report submission. Audit requirements follow 2 CFR 200 Subpart F. The Services for Trafficking Victims program (CFDA 16.320) funds development and expansion of services for all forms of human trafficking, including shelter, case management, legal assistance, mental health and trauma-informed care, and economic empowerment activities. The Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program (CFDA 16.841) supports victim services development in American Indian and Alaska Native communities through direct services, training, and technical assistance. Both programs permit funding for staff salaries, training, equipment, and facility construction or renovation. No cost-share requirement is specified for administrative funding adjustments.
