Non-domestic entities and non-domestic components of U.S. organizations are ineligible; foreign components as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement are allowed.

Awards provide up to $100,000 in total annual costs for up to five years. The program operates under CFDA 93.173 (Research Related to Deafness and Communication Disorders).
