Synopsis
NOTE: This is a Notice of Intent. There is no announcement related to this notice. We are not accepting applications. Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL's Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to award funding to an existing cooperative agreement with the International Labor Organization to extend the implementation of a project in Burma to increase knowledge and public awareness of child labor, strengthen local capacity to address the issue, and reduce child labor in target communities. The My-PEC project counters child labor in Burma by establishing a comprehensive, inclusive, and efficient multi-stakeholder response.
Authority: DLMS 2-836 G.3: Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
