Key evaluation criteria include the applicant's technical approach, management plan, monitoring and evaluation plan, and past performance. The application deadline is July 1, 2024.
The total available funding is $30 million, with anticipated awards ranging from $300,000 to $2,600,000. INL expects to make 16-30 awards under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
