About this opportunity

The Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide funding to an existing cooperative agreement with the International Labor Organization without full and open competition to extend the implementation of a program focused on improving worker rights in rural sectors of the Indo-Pacific with a focus on women. The authority for this action is based on the disruption to program services and delay in the time of program completion that would result from full and open competition, as well as the unique qualifications of the International Labor Organization to perform the type of activity to be funded. This notice is not accepting applications, but rather indicates ILAB's intent to extend an existing agreement.

Typical award values for ILAB's International Labor Programs range from $2 million to over $30 million for periods of performance typically between 2-5 years. The place of performance for this program extension is expected to be in the Indo-Pacific region, with a focus on rural sectors and women.
