The program aims to provide high-quality, community-based HIV testing, treatment, and retention services to reach those who are not currently engaged in care. Applicants must demonstrate experience working with Haitian migrant communities, cultural competency including Creole language abilities, and an established presence in the Dominican Republic healthcare system. The application deadline is February 21, 2025.

Key performance targets include testing 98,132 individuals, enrolling 3,500 new patients on treatment, and maintaining 98% viral suppression for 25,873 current patients. The work will take place in the Dominican Republic, with the goal of improving HIV services for the Haitian migrant population who account for 40% of those living with HIV not on treatment and half of new infections in the country.
