About this opportunity

The Bureau of Land Management Alaska Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Program seeks applicants to prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor noxious weed and invasive plant populations on public lands through January 19, 2024. Eligible applicants include state, local, and tribal government entities, higher education institutions, and non-profit organizations. Funded projects must support BLM priorities around climate action, environmental justice, and clean energy. Individual awards will range from $5,000 to $50,000 for one to five year project periods, with total program funding estimated at $300,000.
