About this opportunity

The FY2024 COPS Technology and Equipment Program Invitational Solicitation II provides funding to state, territorial, local, Tribal, and other entities for developing and acquiring effective law enforcement equipment, technologies, and interoperable communications. The Public Safety Partnership and Community Policing Grants program (CFDA 16.710) provides funding ranging from approximately $4,000 to $10 million, with most awards falling between $100,000 and $500,000. Award periods typically span 1-5 years, and common recipients include city and county police departments, sheriffs' offices, tribal law enforcement agencies, and universities. The funded activities are generally performed within the jurisdiction of the recipient law enforcement agency.
