The application deadline is June 15, 2026 at midnight GMT, with submissions accepted via email to usembgrants@state.gov or through Grants.gov, and proposals must not exceed 2 pages.

The performance period will span 12 to 18 months, with an anticipated project start date of September 15, 2026. All activities and programming will be implemented in Côte d'Ivoire, specifically in the four identified cities, to build a pipeline of skilled English-capable youth capable of supporting U.S. trade, investment, and innovation partnerships while expanding economic opportunity and stability in the country.
