Salary rate limitations based on Executive Level II apply. Funds cannot be used for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI/DEIA) activities or construction. An optional notice of intent is due July 22, 2026, and an informational conference call is scheduled for July 16, 2026. The expected award date is September 30, 2026.
