The Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking applicants for the Data Integration, Systems, and Quality Technical Assistance (DISQ) program. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to provide onsite and virtual technical assistance to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and subrecipients to increase their data-related capacity and improve the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of program data. The goal is to enhance processes for collecting, integrating, reporting, and utilizing data in order to increase program efficiency and effectiveness. Eligible applicants include public/private institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, state/local governments, and tribal organizations. The DISQ program will award one cooperative agreement with a value of $920,000 in FY2025. The period of performance is five years, running from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030. The technical assistance will support the development and delivery of products such as the RWHAP Services Report, AIDS Drug Assistance Program Data Report, and HIV Quality Measures Module.
